Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect vehicle type.
Yes. Child/ infant seats can be provided free of charge. Please request this at the time of booking and provide us with the ages of the children.
Having cleared customs, you will be greeted by one of our drivers that will be waiting in the arrival hall of the terminal with a sign with your name.
